A point-of-sale cash register system for your counter

Opening and closing cash shifts

Each cashier opens their shift declaring starting cash float and closes upon finishing. If opening cash differs from the previous shift closing, an explanation is required.

Cash balancing at closing

Count cash in the drawer and the system calculates expected balance (opening float + cash sales - expenses), showing any difference before setting the next float.

Cash, card, transfer, and digital payments

Accept cash, cards, and bank transfers (including SINPE Móvil in Costa Rica). Every sale logs automatically into the active cash shift.

Shift expenses and cash entries

Log non-sale cash receipts or paid payouts directly from the drawer. Canceled entries require a mandatory audit reason.

Automated inventory deduction

Each sale automatically deducts product quantities from inventory. Canceling a sale immediately restores the stock.

Sales reports

View total sales volume, top-selling products, and payment breakdowns across cash, card, and digital methods.

Individual accounts with permissions

Cashier accounts can register sales, open shifts, and balance drawers without accessing business settings or sensitive margins.

Quick PIN user switching

On shared counter terminals, staff members switch accounts using their personal PIN without typing full passwords.

Staff sales commissions

Assign sales commissions to staff members. At checkout, select who assisted the customer and commissions tally into payroll.

Voice walkthroughs

POS and cash register screens include step-by-step audio walkthroughs (in Spanish) with subtitles.

Frequently asked questions about cash control

How does cash balancing work at the end of the day?

When closing a shift, you count the cash in the drawer and enter it. The system calculates expected cash (starting float + cash sales - expenses) and displays any difference. You then declare how much remains for the next shift and how much is withdrawn.

What happens if the starting drawer does not match the previous closing?

When opening a shift, you declare the initial float. If it does not match what the previous shift left, the system asks for an explanation note before proceeding.

What payment methods does the register support?

At the point of sale: cash, card, and bank transfers (plus SINPE Móvil for Costa Rica). Only cash affects the drawer float count; reports separate all payment channels.

Does each cashier have their own account?

Yes. Each team member logs in with their own account and permissions. On shared devices, they can quickly switch with their personal PIN.

Which plan includes cash drawer control?

Cash drawer control is included in the Business plan, along with point of sale, inventory movements, team permissions, and commission tracking. Note: The dashboard is in Spanish today.
